08/29/2016 - Morgan is the best realtor we have ever had.  My husband and I relocated from California to Charleston, SC. We had 48 hours where we flew in to find our home.  She took us to 40 homes in about 7 different areas of Charleston to make sure we found the right area and home when making our decision. All of us were up the final night working on paperwork to purchase the home until 1 am.  While we were in escrow, she handled the inspections and follow up inspections for us because we were still living in California. My husband became ill during the process and he had to have everything cleaned and tidy before we made our move.  Morgan met with the cleaners and stayed at our home to make sure the job was done correctly.  She also had everything in order (air conditioners working, etc) and taken care before we arrived. We have 3 children and she was able to help our 10 year old daughter get into the aquarium program as she is a volunteer there which is over and beyond the call of duty. The final thing was she was able to secure a hotel for a great price while we searched and for my parents to be present as well. Moving and buying a home is not an easy process (trust me we have bought and sold 7 homes total) and she made the process seamless.  I would highly recommend her to anyone who is thinking about buying or going to sale their house!
